One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We started with a bottle of Postmark Cabernet and the Burrata & Prosciutto di Parma—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Then we dove into “The Our Town” pizza by 2023 Pizza Maker of the Year Joe Carlucci, and it absolutely lived up to the title. Dessert was the highlight—the best tiramisu I’ve ever had, hands down. The cannoli flight was also a hit. Our server, Nikki, was outstanding, and meeting Joe made the experience even more personal. Great food, great wine, great people—we’ll definitely be back!
The best pizza place I’ve ever eaten! From the moment you walk into Valentina’s Pizza and Wine Bar, you’re warmly greeted—everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The decor has a timeless design that reflects their incredible attention to detail. The service is outstanding, and the food is absolutely top-tier. To top it all off, the cannolis were a perfect dessert—crisp, creamy, and full of flavor. A truly memorable experience from start to finish!
It was our third time at Valentina’s yesterday and we were celebrating a milestone for our kid. When we go there, we always select our regular choice of pizza (with pepperoni, cheese, olives). Yesterday, we wanted something different so we asked our server, Dylan. Dylan did an exceptional job of surprising us with the excellent choice of pizzas (three varieties), salad with feta vinaigrette dressing and dessert. The service was so great and the food was awesome. Valentina’s is the best pizza in Madison/Huntsville area!
My wife and I arrived on our 36th wedding anniversary. We did not say anything but were asked if this was our first time at Valentina’s which we said “Yes”. We have been to many upscale restaurants in different countries. Not bad for a southern couple that both grew up in southern rural areas. The staff then asked if we were celebrating anything. This is the question we have been asked at other upscale restaurants only. We said we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff acknowledged our celebration and made sure we were well taken care of. I thank them for a lovely evening with my beautiful wife. We ordered one of the award winning pizzas and had both the bruschetta and garlic knots as an appetizer. (My wife is not a big raw tomato fan and she thoroughly enjoyed the bruschetta.) Dessert followed the pizza along with our selection of wine. A perfect dinner. Hats off to Valentina’s for great customer service and wonderful food. Thanks for making our 36th special.
Great place in Madison Alabama. The pizza is great, the dough is very light and airy. Tasty sauce and good aged cheese. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, drinks and ownership. We will be back!
First time visit and was great! We got the Cadence pizza and eggplant appetizer. The eggplant was delicious, but it was so filling I was almost too full for the pizza. Lol. Next time I may just get it as the entree and let the kids have the pizza. Our server Nikki was wonderful. Service was very quick. We will be back
Joe, Maddy, and Cam were excellent!! From the service, to the caliber of ingredients spread throughout the menu, but of course nothing beats that customer service. We had great service from Maddy and Cam who were so willing to be help us decide on our entrees. Joe even took some time to come meet us and talk with my dad about sharing some traditional Italian dishes! I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable in a restaurant. Felt like I was sitting amongst family. Truly the best place to get pizza and no doubt cannolis/tiramisu is off the charts!
All I can say is the pizza is legit. If you appreciate truly good NY style pizza, you won’t leave disappointed. I’ve eaten pizza all over the country (including living in Manhattan for the better part of two years), a self described pizza snob of sorts, and this is one of my favorite spots. While I’m usually just a plain cheese pizza or pepperoni guy, I recommend getting the sweet Italian sausage and charred, cupped pepperoni and a side of the hot honey to drizzle or dip. The meatballs are very good as an app too.
